Girls Who Code

Girls Who Code is a global nonprofit organisation dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology and changing the image of what a programmer looks like. With over 8,500 programmes, they are on track to close the gender gap in new entry-level tech jobs by 2030. Through teaching the basics of computer science and programming, they help girls around the world pursue their dreams in the tech industry. GrowMore Recruitment is proud to sponsor “Girls Who Code,” helping talented young women who might lack the opportunity to pursue their dreams. Girls in Tech is a nonprofit organisation committed to eliminating the gender gap in tech. With more than 60,000 members in over 50 chapters worldwide, they provide women with the resources and support needed to succeed in tech careers. Their programmes include mentorship, networking, and educational opportunities designed to help women reach their full potential and secure employment in the tech industry. While the number of women in leadership and technical roles has increased, there is still progress to be made.
